Only the highest quality components are installed on our 301CL Mk1 Limited. Attention was paid to weight, function and durability.

We are proud to have achieved an extremely low total weight, without reducing the range of use. Parts like the SRAM Level four-piston brakes or the Fox 36 Factory suspension fork with 150 mm travel were chosen. The new transmission technology from SRAM is integrated at the UDH dropout. Together with the noble Syntace parts an unbeatable combination!

This agile trail bike fits perfectly into our line-up. The clear, minimalist design sets the tone: light, nimble, versatile.

With the modern and balanced seating position with balanced wheel load distribution, you feel perfectly integrated into the CL. The slack head angle and long reach convey safety, yet the riding position is not too stretched, as the steep seat angle places you centrally above the bottom bracket.

No matter what you're up to, with this bike you don't have to compromise: shredding a trail, crossing the Alps or a well-deserved after-work ride? The 301CL Mk1 covers almost the entire spectrum of mountainbiking and takes the renowned 301 back to its roots.

The kinematics of the 301CL have been consistently optimised for trail use. On flat trails and in climbs, the bike rides incredibly playfull and efficient without compromising on the descent.

The rear triangle responds very finely at the beginning and offers a pleasant counterstay in the middle of the suspension travel. Towards the end, the characteristic curve shows a clear progression, which means that you never have the feeling of pushing the shock to the limit. The trail suspension offers unimagined reserves and feels like it has much more travel. As soon as there is tension on the chain, the rear triangle behaves very neutrally, so that your power reaches the rear wheel very efficently.

The Syntace Megaforce3 provides a noticeably precise steering feel due to its high torsional stiffness. At the same time it is one of the lightest stems in its class. The raw material is forged in a complex process to get the highest performance possible. Of course it is also equipped with titanium bolts to save the last gram.

The stem is paired with a Syntace Vector Carbon Superlight, which impresses with the legendary durability, known from all Syntace Vector handlebars as well as for its low weight and comfortable vibration damping. The high-quality matt UD carbon surface of the handlebar perfectly matches the high-quality design of the 301CL and compliments the overall look.
